President
John W. Brown has been involved with Mohawk since the company’s founding in 1958. In 1967, he succeeded Wilbur L. Brown as company president. Prior to that, he was a Mohawk salesman, covering everything west of the Mississippi River. As president of Mohawk, he has overseen the company emerge as one of the most trusted parts suppliers in the transit and motorcoach industries.
Robert L. Brown (ext. 206)
Executive Vice President
Robert Brown joined Mohawk in 1990 and soon after directed the bids and contracts department. He was elevated to executive vice president in January 2000.

T.J. Brown (ext. 228)
Customer Service Representative
T.J. Brown has been part of Mohawk's staff since January 2000, when he served the company in a part-time fashion until 2002, when he became full-time. Mr. Brown produces many of Mohawk's marketing materials and most of the content on this site.A graduate of Indiana University (B.A. Journalism), He holds an MBA and a Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications at Loyola University Chicago.
George Jepsen (ext. 226)
Customer Service Representative
George Jepsen began at Mohawk in January 2004 after several years in a similar position at SPI Distribution, an automotive and light-truck aftermarket parts supplier.
Otto Kamptner (ext. 204)
Customer Service Representative
Otto Kamptner has been an integral part of Mohawk since originally working part-time for Mohawk in 1974. In 1979, Mr. Kamptner became full-time with Mohawk and has been working with customers ever since. Otto enjoys the rapport he has built with countless customers from all over the country and from all kinds of transit operations.

Steven Mikos’ Mohawk career began in 2000, and his years of experience in the manufacturing industry helped him hit the ground running. Within months of his first day at Mohawk, his duties expanded from only working in customer service to assisting Bob Brown with bids and contracts.

Chelsea Campbell (ext. 234)
Western USA
Chelsea Campbell became Mohawk's Southwest Regional Sales Manager in January 2010. Chelsea worked in Finance and Accounting before beginning a six-year tenure as an Account Executive with The BusBank. Chelsea is based out of the Niles, Ill., headquarters and her territory encompasses California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Western Kansas. She looks forward to visiting her customers regularly to show them how Mohawk can provide great value and, at the same time, exceed their expectations for quality and customer service.
Norm Santos (Ext. 207)
Great Lakes USA
Norm Santos has more than 25 years experience in the mass transit industry, having started with the Chicago Transit Authority in 1987 as an Equipment Engineer. Rising through the ranks, he eventually became the Chief Engineer, then General Manager of Bus Engineering and Technical Services. He has worked with most of the major bus OEMs including New Flyer, Nova and NABI during his tenure at the CTA. Norm graduated from Purdue University in 1987, with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Mohawk in March 2015. His Great Lakes Territory encompasses all of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Michigan, Kentucky and Ohio along with western Pennsylvania and the Buffalo, NY area. Mr. Santos works out of the Niles IL office.
Roger Hristovski (Ext. 229)
Canada
Roger joined Mohawk in 2011, bringing a wealth of experience from working with a leading North American bus manufacturer since 2002. His prior roles and responsibilities spanned a wide spectrum: marketing, sales, contracts, and eventually, customer program management, where he led teams in Canada and the United States. Other industries Roger has served include agriculture, telecommunications, and mass marketing/printing. His territory encompasses all of Canada, ranging from the East to West coasts, as well as Canada's unique Northern communities. Roger, a native of Manitoba, is based out of the Winnipeg area.
Jim Malone (ext. 209)
Northeast USA
Jim became Mohawk's Northeast Regional Sales Manager in April, 2011. Jim has an extensive background in sales and marketing in industrial manufacturing and electronics distribution. He also was General Manager for a capital equipment manufacturer for several years. Jim's territory includes all of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York (excluding the Buffalo area), Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland (outside the D.C. Beltway) and eastern Pennsylvania. Jim is based out of Mohawk's headquarters in Niles.
Terry Muellner (ext. 235)
Southeast USA, Northern Plains and Chicago Transit Authority
Terry Muellner brought nearly 25 years of transit experience to Mohawk when he became Southeast Regional Sales Manager in November 2010. Terry spent much of the previous year working with MV Transportation as a Special Projects Manager for Maintenance. Prior to that, he enjoyed a distinguished 23-year career at the Chicago Transit Authority. At CTA, Muellner was a bus operator; mechanic; maintenance manager; assistant to the president; quality control technician; general manager of bus engineering, technical services and quality control; and finally, Chief Mechanical Officer. His territory includes all of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and the District of Columbia, including the part of Maryland inside the Capitol Beltway. He also covers Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota as well as the Chicago Transit Authority. He works out of Mohawk’s headquarters in Niles.

Dave Lakickas (ext. 220)
Engineering Manager
Dave Lakickas joined Mohawk in May 2006 after five years as a senior mechanical engineer for Motorola’s Automotive Group. There, he developed devices utilizing hands-free, GPS and and Bluetooth technologies for vehicle makers like Mercedes Benz and DaimlerChrysler. Prior to that, he worked for a division of Illinois Tool Works. A 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago (B.S., Mechanical Engineering), Dave enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dogs, woodworking and jogging by the lake.
Spencer Oriot (ext. 216)
Staff Engineer
Spencer Oriot joined Mohawk in June 2012 after graduating from the University of Illinois-Chicago in the Spring 2012 term with B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering. As a student, he was part of a team that designed and performed a full analysis on a vertically oriented hydroponic system for Plant Chicago, a local non-profit organization that hopes to provide a sustainable food source to urban food deserts. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his friends, family, and new puppy.
Andy Sitko
Quality Assurance Manager
Andy Sitko became Mohawk’s Quality Assurance Manager in 1997. Mr. Sitko is responsible for maintaining Mohawk’s high standards for quality. He earned an engineering degree at Politechnika Krakowska in Krakow, Poland in 1981. For 13 years, he was an engineer in an airplane factory that produced the MiG 15, among other aircraft. Before coming to Mohawk, he worked for several years for an automotive parts company in Chicago.
